We have a broad spectrum of tunnelling experience implementing trenchless technology techniques such as Pipe Jacking, Directional Drilling, Micro tunnelling and Auger Boring.

UBIQUE Civil Engineeringhave undertaken a significant number of major Jacking projects. One the most prestigious being the Jacked Deck contract on the East Kent access Road, where we installed Six no 23M wide boxes totalling 126M in length directly under the Ramsgate to London Rail Line. The largest Jacked deck in the world.
We also undertook works on the Colsdon Box Jack which was 24metres wide and 37metres long. Under the Tattenham corner, Branchline at Smitham Station in Coulsdon.The largest of its type to have been undertaken in Europe.
Having undertaken such projects as the above our staff has gained a wealth of experience in undertaking such operations. UBIQUE Civil Engineering are well positioned to identify risks and difficulties that may be encountered prior to project commencement

Shafts: UBIQUE Civil Engineering is one of the most experienced companies in the Installation of Segmental Shafts, Cassions.
This knowledge has been built up by installing under a variety of different ground conditions. Segmental Shafts possess a variety of uses and can be implemented as access to for Jacking, Tunnelling Thrust or reception pits. Such types of shaft can be used for clean or dirty water storage tanks or as pumping stations.
Precast Concrete Culverts: UBIQUE have undertaken many Installations of Precast Concrete culverts to be used in such situations as River Crossings and Pedestrian Crossings.
Reinforced Concrete Structures: UBIQUE have knowledge in the Installation of Reinforced and Precast concrete structures for use as Final Settlement tanks, ASP structures, SBR Structures, Reservoirs, Flood Alleviation, Pump stations, Sumps, Overflow Chambers and Sub Stations as installed on AMP 5 projects.

Pipe Laying: Laying of Pipe lines for utilities, sewer lines, rising mains, experience of laying pipe lines to various depths and pipe sizes.
Deep Excavations: Implementing the below techniques as required and dictated by soil composition and construction techniques.
